Data Miner

Full-Time Remote/Hybrid Entry-Mid Level

We're looking for detail-oriented Data Miners who excel at prospect research, data validation, and building high-quality lead databases for our B2B clients.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target prospects matching client ICP criteria
  • Extract and validate contact information (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles)
  • Enrich prospect data with firmographics, technographics, and intent signals
  • Maintain data quality standards with 95%+ accuracy targets
  • Use various tools and databases for comprehensive prospect intelligence
  • Document research methodologies and maintain organized workflows

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Excellent research skills using Google, LinkedIn, company websites
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data management
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and business structures
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Understanding of ABM and lead generation concepts
  • Previous experience in data entry or research roles

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Full-Time Remote/Hybrid Entry-Mid Level

Join our sales team as an SDR and help generate qualified opportunities for our clients through strategic outreach, persuasive communication, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Execute personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Engage prospects through multi-touch sequences across channels
  • Qualify leads based on ICP criteria and BANT framework
  • Book qualified meetings for client sales teams
  • Manage and respond to prospect inquiries in timely manner
  • Track metrics and report on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with data miners and account managers for campaign optimization

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Goal-oriented mindset with drive to exceed targets
  • Resilience and positive attitude in face of rejection
  • Quick learner who adapts to different industries and products
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new tools
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Nice to Have

  • Previous SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience
  • Familiarity with email automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead)
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer personas
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
